RETURN POLICY

Our return policy has a duration of 5 days, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If you exceed the days contact us to help you as much as we can. You will only be given a credit to use in NACHELLE ACCESORIES on other merchandise. We don’t refund money. If you have any question or doubt contact us at: nachelle.accessories@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return, contact us at nachelle.accessories@gmail.com Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and the instructions to send your package. We don’t accept items without first requesting a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to proceed to send you your credit.
Damages and issues
Once you receive your order verify your item. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or you receive the wrong one. We would evaluate the issue and make all the possible to make it right. We are not responsible for any damage cause by the customer.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Earrings, are FINAL SALE.
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS or GIFT CARDS.
Exchanges
The items would be replaced only if they are defective or damaged. Buy for a Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you with a Code to used on nachelle.accessories@gmail.com if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a credit to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your shipping address, the time to receive your exchanged product would vary.
We are not responsible for any packages that go missing or are marked as received. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to or visit your nearest USPS facility with your tracking number. They will assist you and open a case for your missing order. While we wish we could help, this matter is beyond our control.
